Partneriaeth ddysgu
Cred TUC Cymru y dylai pawb gael y cyfle i ddysgu sgiliau newydd, magu hyder a datblygu eu gyrfa. Rydym wedi partneru â’r Brifysgol Agored yng Nghymru i helpu i uwchsgilio gweithwyr yng Nghymru.
Pam mae’r wefan hon i chi
Os oes diddordeb gennych mewn astudio gyda phrifysgol ond eich bod yn teimlo nad oes gennych yr amser na’r arian, gall y wefan hon eich helpu i wneud y canlynol:
Penderfynu beth i’w astudio
Dod o hyd i ffyrdd o astudio sy’n cyd-fynd â’ch bywyd prysur a’ch swydd, hyd yn oed os nad ydych erioed wedi astudio o’r blaen
Cael cymorth ariannol i astudio drwy Gronfa Ddysgu Undebau Cymru (WULF) yn ogystal ag opsiynau ariannu eraill a dysgu ar-lein am ddim
Cael gwybod am gymorth dysgu a arweinir gan undebau i weithwyr
Dechreuwch eich taith ddysgu heddiw a newidiwch eich dyfodol.
Mathau o astudiaethau sydd ar gael i chi
Cyrsiau a chymwysterau’r Brifysgol Agored
Cyflawnwch eich uchelgeisiau. Beth bynnag yr hoffech ei gyflawni, gall Y Brifysgol Agored eich helpu i wneud hynny. Nid oes angen unrhyw gymwysterau blaenorol arnoch i astudio gyda’r Brifysgol Agored a gallwch fagu hyder gyda modiwl Mynediad wrth i chi weithio tuag at y prif gymhwyster rydych yn anelu ato.
Uwchsgilio gyda microgymhwyster
Mae’r cyrsiau byr datblygu proffesiynol hyn wedi’u cynllunio i’ch helpu i uwchsgilio’n gyflym a chamu ymlaen. Gallwch ddatblygu sgiliau arbenigol mewn cyn lleied â 10-12 wythnos gyda dysgu ar-lein hyblyg
Dysgu ar-lein am ddim
Mae gwefan dysgu ar-lein Y Brifysgol Agored, OpenLearn, yn cynnig dros 10,000 o oriau o ddysgu am ddim. Gallwch ddod o hyd i erthyglau, fideos a gemau yn ogystal â chyrsiau ar-lein a ysgrifennwyd gan arbenigwyr ar ystod enfawr o bynciau. Gallwch ddysgu ar gyflymder sy’n addas i chi, olrhain eich cynnydd ac ennill bathodynnau a thystysgrifau digidol.
Ariannu eich astudiaethau
Darperir Cronfa Ddysgu Undebau Cymru (WULF) gan Lywodraeth Cymru i helpu i gefnogi dysgu oedolion a arweinir gan undebau yn y gweithle. Mae pob gweithiwr yng Nghymru yn cael y cyfle i gael mynediad i’r gronfa, a gall WULF gefnogi dysgu fel microgredentials a chyrsiau Mynediad y Brifysgol Agored.
Fel arall, mae cymorth ariannol ar gael ar gyfer myfyrwyr israddedig ac ôl-raddedig rhan-amser cymwys yng Nghymru. Os oes gennych anabledd neu anhawster dysgu penodol, efallai y byddwch yn gymwys i gael lwfans Myfyrwyr Anabl neu un o ysgoloriaethau neu fwrsarïau’r Brifysgol Agored.
Astudio gyda’r Brifysgol Agored
Y prif reswm y cawn ein galw’n Brifysgol Agored yw am ein bod yn agored i bawb. Nid oes unrhyw ofynion mynediad academaidd ffurfiol. Mae ein myfyrwyr yn amrywiol a bob blwyddyn, byddwn yn helpu miloedd o bobl i gyflawni pethau anhygoel. Ni ddylai ble rydych mewn bywyd gyfyngu ar ble y gallwch fynd.
Os ydych yn awyddus i gamu ymlaen, uwchsgilio, yn benderfynol o lwyddo ac yn barod i weithio’n galed, yna gallwn eich helpu i ddechrau. Nid addysg uwch ffurfiol yn unig yw hyn ond, yn hytrach, meithrin sgiliau ar bob lefel er mwyn gwella eich bywyd a’ch gwaith.
Mae ein cyrsiau wedi’u cynllunio i ddiwallu anghenion dysgwyr dihyder. Byddwn yn eich hyfforddi drwy eich astudiaethau gyda thiwtor penodol a fforymau myfyrwyr i’ch helpu i fagu hyder a datblygu sgiliau wrth i chi fynd yn eich blaen. Gellir cefnogi cyrsiau Mynediad drwy Gronfa Ddysgu Undebau Cymru.
Uwchsgilio gyda microgymhwyster
Mae’r bartneriaeth hon rhwng Y Brifysgol Agored yng Nghymru, TUC Cymru a’r undebau, yn rhoi cyfle cyffrous i weithwyr yng Nghymru feithrin sgiliau a gwybodaeth gyrfaol y mae galw amdanynt drwy astudio microgredyd a ariennir gan Gronfa Ddysgu Undebau Cymru (WULF). *
Mae’r cyrsiau byr datblygu proffesiynol hyn sydd o safon fyd-eang wedi’u cynllunio i’ch helpu i uwchsgilio’n gyflym a chamu ymlaen. Gallwch ddatblygu sgiliau arbenigol mewn cyn lleied â 10-12 wythnos gyda dysgu ar-lein hyblyg ym maes arweinyddiaeth, rheoli busnes, cyfrifiadura, rheoli prosiectau, yr amgylchedd, addysgu a llawer mwy.

A oes diddordeb gennych mewn pwnc newydd ac am ddysgu mwy? P’un a ydych am gael blas ar bwnc neu fynd ati i ddysgu o ddifrif, mae rhywbeth at ddant pawb ar OpenLearn, a hynny am ddim.
OpenLearn yw llwyfan dysgu am ddim Y Brifysgol Agored, gan roi addysg am ddim i bawb fel rhan o’n cylch gwaith cymdeithasol. Rydym yn falch o ddweud ei fod yn cyrraedd dros 10 miliwn o ddysgwyr bob blwyddyn. Cyrsiau sydd ar gael i chi
Arts and languages Access module
With this Access module you'll explore the broad, but related, areas of arts, humanities and language. Each subject is introduced and explained at a comfortable pace to develop, or refresh, your knowledge of topics including history, art history, English literature and English language studies.
Psychology, social science and wellbeing Access module
This Access module gives you the chance to dip into some of our most popular subjects, such as psychology, childhood and youth, early years, health and social wellbeing, sport, education, and social sciences.Â
Science, technology and maths Access module
